Reviews and Ratings
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel. The stunning view of Matterhorn from my room was breathtaking, and the private spa/hot tub made the experience even more luxurious. Enjoying fondue on the balcony while wrapped in the fluffiest robes was pure bliss. However, the price tag is on the higher end.
The hotel is nestled in a wonderful Zermatt location, just a short walk away from the train station, where we enjoyed complementary coffee and tea. The rooms, although some are under construction, were very clean, cozy, and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The service from the genuinely friendly and helpful staff was exceptional, making our stay even more delightful. The dining, although delicious, now includes a 25 CHF per person charge. Overall, a great value for the location and amenities provided.
I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had my very own fondue set to enjoy on the balcony, plus those fluffy robes were just amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and it was a pleasant surprise to see it always made when I returned from Apres, complete with a chocolate treat on my pillow. However, the room did get a bit too hot at times without individual temperature control.
The hotel offers amazing rooms with views of the Matterhorn and the river that runs through town. The service was exceptional, especially during the busy Easter Holiday time. The location is unbeatable, just opposite one of the main Zermatt lifts. The dining experience was excellent, catering to everyone's tastes. Overall, a top choice for a memorable stay.
The hotel offers comfortable, fresh rooms with a Matterhorn view, very clean, and cozy beds and pillows. The service was mixed with helpful and friendly staff but lacking enthusiasm in answering questions. The location is fantastic with fantastic views of the Matterhorn, although carrying large luggage might require using the shuttle or taxi. The dining experience was good with adequate options, although there is now an additional charge. The facilities are well-maintained and include a natural wood sauna.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The room had a truly exceptional view of the Matterhorn, and I was lucky to be upgraded to a room facing this majestic mountain. The room was so comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the effective Matterhorn view was missing.
